    royal purple motor oil is garbage...waaaaaay to thin.itll fuck up your rings,valve seals and the motor will smoke like a mofo.

        yep...i use catrol gtx high mileage..its in a green bottle,red writing,black top..10w30...i run that in every single one of my cars.never smokes.oil always looks as clean as it goes in when i change it.

                  i am real big in stock car racing and 95% of those teams do NOT run royal purple lol...
                  and royal purple being garbage is just my opinion,others may have differant views and experience,but all of my experience with rp is junk.

                    diesel oil is some of the best oil out there because its got zinc. Zinc helps with carbon. RP has lots of zinc in it making it a good oil to start with. i had no problem with it. even when i broke my engine down. i would use is again but their are cheaper oils out there that do the samething

                        royal purple is meant for cars that you run track only...its a 0 miles to 10000 miles it does fuck up you rings

                            My boys father runs royal purple in his 69 gran prix that's all he uses and runs fine once you use royal purple that's all you can use

                              I heard it should make ur motor last longer I don't believe it would make ur motor smoke check ur head gasket
