Iight, so my boy told me he got a 1997 civic for me. He selling it for 300. At first he was talkin about the only thing wrong was a pulley or something, but i looked at it today and its a mess. Blown engine, fucked up transmission (manual), needs breakes and tires. Just about everything. So its basically a shell. Should i buy it? How much am i looking at to build this thing back up? Any advice would help. Thanks

if the body is mint buy it and just get a full swap off tigerjapanese.com and if you dont tell him i will lol motors and trannies for single cams are cheap as shit prolly under a grand you have that thing ready to drive down the road with no issues for a while

like most people said, if the body is clean, not bad rust or dents, then thats a good deal. . could get a swap, for like $400.00-500.00 and if you can do swap urself then your gonna save bout $250.00 then you get the brakes and tires. .aint going to spend nomore then 1k or less. g/l though
