I don't blame the soldiers though... I can only imagine the things they have gone through. The shit they deal with must fuck with their heads. Thus Creating outcomes like this one here. Sad. I respect the military and our soldiers, but the government needs to get their act together. They pull the strings.

yeah im sure they have gone through alot, but like seriously man they didnt need to do what they did.
The army has the best technology around, they should be able to zoom in to see if the dude did have a weapon, since u see there are more then 1 person there..and then the van comes to help the guy hurt, you dont know whats in that van, but you can zoon in a little and see if theres kids there and whats going on before you actually shoot the place up..
