Help Please !!!

I just put a 2000 dash in a 97 civic an my climate control an radio bezel doesnt fit in the new dash, but the 2000 bezels are not manual like old one is for the heater core, whats the best way to go about this???? any input is greatly appreciated!
p.s. the old bezels air ducts dont line up thats why it doesnt fit....
