Bought car from RI with no title how do i register in Ct?

Just like rhdcrxsir said. Take the registration n ct bill of sale n that's it. RI definetly doesn't issue title after 10yrs old.

the cars obd2 they do scan for codes dont they? and do the sniffer test?

OBD2 They plug in to the obd2 port. And that does it all. Obd1 uses a sniffer.

only reason for out of state cars must do dmv is to cheack the vin is not changed that is main reason pass or fail on emission test you can still reg it just got 30 days to pass emissions.

okay now the cars throwing code 17- vehicle speed senor and i checked the fuses ppl said to check and its hooked up jsut doesnt work and im throwing a code 65 which is o2 sensor heater wire? any easy way to fix those?
