i have emmissions due and im worried about passing .. i have a JDM motor , turboed , with a fulll straight pipe exhaust with no cats no nothing, with a very rich tune.. ive read that fuel additives can help you pass, but i dont know much about emmisions. and btw it's obd1, (1995)... and 1 got any tricks/tips for passing?

Where did you have your tune? In the OBD1 chipped ECU? Why is it rich? That's not good for your motor plus is not good for your pocket unless you don't pay for gas.
Anyway if your tune is in the ECU just make the ECU to run the factory setup and install a catalytic converter in your exhaust.
That will be enough to pass emissions.
Maybe you will also have to install the factory fuel injectors. But that's a maybe.

what year is the car?
OBD1 they'll put on the rollers with a sniffer up the exhaust. you need a cat to pass at least the visual inspection.
OBD2 as long as there is no check engine lights, and the emissions machine can communicate with the OBD2 port, you'll pass.
