Whats all the hype over 5lug???

For as long as i had a honda ive wanted to do 5 lug to get the 03 TL wheels but now im hearing that getting 5lug garanttees your car will end up in BPT...Anyone care to elaborte?


To be real im not letting this scare me from doing it but i wont drive around extra cocky and let em catch me slipping...either way im not getting 16s so im not too worried. Also does anyone know where i can score some HFP-R7 in 18"? belive they are the 07 civic wheels

i hear ya, im not gonna be scared off but i wont be cocky either, i know there are alot of envious people. Simple and clean is how i like to roll and i generally tend to avoid going for the stuff that are sought after so basicly anything "JDM" or "ROTA"

Why because a 5 lug swap at the min is 1k plus to do with wheels and shit heads don't have that amount of money so they rather take your car strip it for free put there 4 lug on and leave on the side of the free way in bpt that's why

Just curious, what 5lug suspension do you civic/teggy guys use?

had an arguement with my cousin cus he says its the prelude suspension witch i doubt since size wise prelude>accord>teggy>civic....when using the whole prelude suspension on a accord you will end up with -/+camber unless your on a drop so im almost 100% its not lude suspension, there would also be more people with 5lug if it was preludes too

yea i did a search yesterday and had to shut him up. he likes talking in codes and think cus he know how to say b16 this, b18c thats etc etc thhats his a big shot....up till last year he was surprise to find out that i had to hold door handle to lock my door. he was like "damn every honda i had has bad door handle, how do i fix it?" i was " LMAO...and you think you know honda? "

ebay has them but they go for go $900 17s to $1000 18s and thats witout tires, ill keep looking, but worse come to worse ill just get em from ebay atleast they will be brand new
