D1 is just one of 3 divisional levels of college sports. There's also D2 and D3 wrestling teams as well. All D1, D2, or D3 means/what it's based on is how many kids go to your school. The bigger a school is the higher it's division is going to be so a school like University of Michigan that has 42,000 kids attending it is going to be a Division 1, i.e. D1 school, while a school like Eastern CT State University that only has 5,600 kids attending it is going to be a D3 school.
You sound stupid when you say something like "cain has a d1 wrestiling title while brock has a ncaa title. LMAO." because you're not saying what division Brock's title is from (a D1 title means much more then a D2 or D3 title) and also because you're completely wrong. Brock won a D1 NCAA Wrestling championship in 2000 but Cain never won a D1 NCAA championship, he was however a 2x All-American Div 1 NCAA Wrestler (which means he placed within the top 8 of the NCAA D1 Wrestling Tournament). He did however win a Junior College wrestling championship so maybe that's what you were thinking of.
As for the fights Brock got controlled and destroyed the entire fight. Cain had control of him from the start of the fight. Brock looked like a moron bumrushing him in the beginning of the fight and swinging wildly with no technique at all. Cain obviously just avoided that and after Brock was done being a caveman Cain took complete control of the fight and beat Brock's ass like it was nothing. To try to say that Brock didn't get his ass beat is just ludicrous.
