storage or garage for rent ?

anyone know of a good spot for storing a car for the winter or a garage thats up for rent between a couple people? as long as its 45 min from waterbury its fine with me.. been constantly checking CL cant find any good ones

if anyone finds one and wants to go half on huge storage spot like 1000 sq ft lmk..can even rent it out to people to store their bikes and shit help pay for rent. if they allow work fuck it ill keep a air compressor mad tools engine lift all the good shit.. and wire up cameras inside and out
