hi i got a quick question , does somebody know if a car tow dolly needs to be register or have insurance in ct?

i dunno, never had a problem with that before and ours has no plate. But if the car your towing isn't registered and insured I guess it's illegal because the cars wheels are touching the ground and legally need to be registered to do that. or atleast thats what a cop said.
