Opinion on tenetive purchase

How much would you guys pay for a 94 ex with over 150k on it. Shit is bone stock and has a lil rust (possibly rot) on the back of the driver side wheel well. Everything works except for the A/C (it was stated it just needs a charge but I think it's b/s) and the clear coat is shot.

I'm thinkin $1500, dude's askin $1900. Lemme know what you think!

1250 is a good starting point, but i'd prob pay 1500 for it.

I was thiking something along those lines. Thanks for the input. Think I'll go look at it later today and see what's up with it.
