Turbo or Supercharger

I have a f22b vtec cl. Im deciding if i want to do turbo or supercharger. I heard the f22 block is awesome to do boost but i never heard of them beinging supercharged so what do you guys think.

turbo it good for big numbers and less reliable
considering its your DD youll want a supercharger on a few psi. its reallly reliable but cost way more. and super chargers dont have "turbo lag"
