stickers on a lip

i really didnt no exactly what to name this thread l0l.
but ive seen some cars that have stickers cover there whole lip and its just a whole bunch of them and i think it looks sick. is there like a specific name for it and does anyone know where i can get like a whole bunch of stickers to do that in like a bundle or somethin?

and i can use those stickers for a top layer so itll look better.
