Ok, so i bought an integra for parts...now I want to sell the shell, the owner told me he lost the title..AFTER I took delivery of the car, The agreement was to pay it in full once I receive the title. He provided a hand written bill of sale lol, I know the kid so I know the car isn't stolen or anything like that..its still registered under his name though and I want to get the title and sell the shell. I thought it was in the mail but hes in and outta the hospital and has not gotten the title yet. He doesn't respond to my calls and his pops told me hes always in the hospital and hasn't applied for the new title. In CT whats needed for me to get the title myself? I can probably get him to sign a notarized paper..but hes a procrastinator and I can't keep waiting on him for the title

lol i went to his house and his pops said he was in the hospital...he got into sum big accident and always going into surgery..lol but yeah I think I might try to pass by today.

U have to mail them a letter askin them to sign the title and if u get the letter back then u can get the tittle ur self if not u cant get it, letter has to come back to you by mail

So I mail them a letter saying what? to sign the title of the car over to me?
