xbox 360 help!!!

Ok so I let my boy barrow my 360 n it came back with the 3 r.o.d... I know there is some1 here that fixes them... help me out guys.. need it fixed asap!!!

try to clean the lens eye that reads the disk and it might do it.it worked on my lil brothers before

a quick temporary fix... turn it on and wrap it in a blanket and let it run for an hour... after turn it off let it cool down for an hour should work but like i said its a temporary fix

i used it before when they first came out years ago... i just googled it and that came up shit worked lol trust me it works but its temporary!

Thx guys...but I'm looking for a complete fix....but ill deff try cleaning the lens...would a regular cd player cleaner disk work?

dont wrap it up with a towel.... u gonna make it worse then what it is......yes it will work for a lil bit but its not gonna fix the porblem....the first step u have to do is to find out what code is giving you...to find out what code you have, youhave to press the eject botton and the small botton in the front... do it four times and the red lights going to change.. for example 4 red lights, 4 red lights, 2 red lights, 1red lights... that code will be 0021.......

heat it up, put in a blanket cover it real good let it run in the towel on the floor, let it cool then the next day it should work like new

try the towel trick. if that doesn't work and if your xbox works for like a couple of hours, take it to a pawn that is kinda far away from you and sell it. i know this kid that did that and got away with it. its risky but it worked. or sell it on craigslist and say it has the ring of death, some people think they could fix it anyways and they'll buy it, i did that with mine. or send it back to xbox and for $140 you will get it fixed or they will send you a fixed one.

dont do the towel trick, that just messes it up more...
what error code do you ahve? when you turn it on hold down the sync button and then press the eject button 4 times, each time you'll get a different # of red lights flashing
4 lights = 0
3 lights = 3
2 lights = 2
1 light = 1
just combine those into one number and you'll get the exact problem you're having with it, some are easier to fix than other. i fixed a couple of them with just gluing a couple pennies down on the ram chips
