having no intake/filter is also pointless. The point of a stock or after market intake is so u get your air sorce colder away from the lava heat of your engine. Without a tube your sucking in hot air= not a happy engine.

Lol ya crazy running open trottle body is good? And dude the hood lift dosent do shit, but whatever ya think makes your car faster is good then ya do, I have never seen someone run a open throttle with no filter, and as far as the hood lift helping with heat doubt it most of the heat come from headers how does it help? If headers are in front of your car might as well drive without a hood.

Idk how people run without filters I put a spectre filter on my stock tube and forgot to tighten it and if fell off and my car ran like shit and I got a check engine light witch I never did I went opened my hood and my filter fell off looked at the trottle body inside it was super dirty cleaned it put my filter back no more check engine.
