Need Opinion on celica supra

Ive got a celica supra 83 at that yes i kno shit sucks, but i got it for cheap and runing has lil extra here and there nothing major.But over the winter i was going all in on fuel system droped in an aftermarket fuel pump,tank,filter.I took it on the highway from Marlborough all the way back to East Hartford, on my way back getting off the exit i lost all throttle response so i threw it neutral and coasted to a stop it stayed on so drove back to ma house where it stayed on for 10 minutes then shut off on me and has yet to sart again. so i need advice scrap or keep any toyota guys on here give me a heads up i really want to get rid of it but if it could be saved i will save open to both negative and positive feed back thnks

Do you have fuel, spark, cel? Is it a stick or auto? Why did you upgrade your fuel pump? Did you do injectors also?

its got fuel in there i took the spark plug wire off and tried it im getting spark the only thing is i didnt do no injector upgrade
and its manual by the way
i upgraded the fuel pump because the stock one was done and the whole fuel system was pretty much fucked up so i jus decided to the upgrade

it sounds like its a fuel problem for sure... is the the first time your driving it after the upgrade?
