i would pm him but im leaving school soon and wont have access to ctvtec to talk to anyone about it lol and im the only one who uses my ip address for ctvtec i know that for a fact

ya thats weird. admins the only one who can ban ip addys and i dont recall you doing anything wrong and he dosen't ban them often. well hopefuly he'll see this soon then

Ips are banned cause maybe someone used your account and cause drama here or spammed.

Im not sure what your case was, its done for a reason though, it doesnt get blocked on its own.
