Any gm dealership will carry it but make sure you ask them for friction modified

You could go to anyparts store and buy Pennzoil synchromesh fluid. Its in a yellow bottle and I use it when I cant make it to the dealer.

i would use the gm mesh if ure having a little grind and looking for a quick "fix". Hondas manual fluid is to thin it feels like water. dont waste money on mobile1. Saddly enough just use 10/30motor oil man.

If your trans is junk or on it's way out use synchro mesh. If your transmission is solid than give it the good stuff (honda mtf). You can get it from the dealer and it is a bit spendy but worth it imo. Also you can use 10w30 in a pinch but if you are doing it rite get the honda mtf.
