  • need some advice

    hey guys, need some advice from the pros, im a bit of a new jack so here it goes. im wanting to buy this 93 ex civic i found online, thing is, the guy sellin it says it was runnin great and began to overheat, so he got it home and changed the top radiator hose and head gasket... supposivly someone told him to do this by what he is saying, and now that he has done that, the car does not want to start, and gave up on it and bought somethin else... sounds fishy huh? i kno i dont know alot bout hondas but im sure im right when it comes to kids womping on their cars and mistreating them, ill probably drop a new motr in it, shit these days 400-500 bucks should d the trick, but i gotta get it home first! hes a bit of ways away, any advice for what it may be with what nlittle info he provided me with? any advice would be aprreciated guys, thanks -rob

    if he changed the headgasket the car might not be on the correct timing and he can have the firing order wrong as well or loose grounds it can be a bunch of things if you knew to this game and dont have a daily i would tell you to find a car in grest mechanical condition it can be a hassle and be quite costly if you dont have the proper tools etc etc
