by the looks of it, it was not well groomed..so I left a message with the shelter..if I don't get anything I will bring him to the humane society so it won't be put down...it just won't work for me..i have dogs already

You should call the dog pound and let them know what kind of dog you found.
Usually owners call the dog pound to see if they got the dog, this way the right owner can get the dog back. Im sure they are stressed about it cause i think these dogs are real chill lol

yehh broo definitly try and find him a home or a humane society. if the owner cared he wouldnt look that way. hate people who neglect dogs. my pit was abused as a pup before i had adopted him when he was like 6 months. your doing the right thing
