i sent mine to microsoft an i got it back exactly two weeks from when i first shipped it an it was free

i bought mine from gamestop used an i called the number talked to a man at the company an he transfered everything so it was registered to me

yo call them up tell them you got a xbox 360 second hand and want to swap it over to your info then go on xbox.com after and fill out the repair request and they should do it for free
ive done it and had a few friends do it and it works
