it uses liquid nicotine and water and a small vaporizer like the weed vaporizers. i have tried the 51 brand and it is like smoking air but it did get rid of my nick fit. i have the will power to stop i have gone 2 years before but i just want something to puff on every now and then so i think im going to order a kit its only 60 bucks.and you can legally smoke it anywhere like on planes and hospitals any public place.

not this brand this one is better because the cigarette box acts as a charger so you can charge while you carry it it has multiple chargers usb.and the replacement flavor things are cheaper not to mention replacement parts if needed.and it just looks cooler.

Its like 35 bucks for a descent one he said with charger and shit right at Manchester Mall. For what refills cost its cheaper than buying packs anyways.
