hey whats up? im planning on buying an 89 crx by monday..it has a ls engine and a gsr tranny..any suggestions on what i should/should not do? where should i start? suspension? engine? body? thnks

In my opinion,, never ever use spray i hate it ur just asking too blow shiit up, i wont even touch the sh**, as far as compressipon, low compressiion for boost not high, like what was said earlier high compression + boost = blow up, keep compression under 10 or even 9.5:1 with boost. And like evo said do the suspension first if ur car cant handle, how u goin anywhere fast, make sure the front end brakes and suspension are good first before even thinking about turbo.1991 EF Hatch - SOLD

personly im running a typer with work which is in no means low compression boosted with 3oowhp and running 12 a perfect steet car. Go with what ever compression u want, anything over 3 350 in a street car by using low compression isnt even fun anymore it turns into a track car.My transmission's went 9's

someone that know something a stock type r is good on low boost and a perfect daily driver but wenh you go low compressing you have to go all out 6 to 10lbs on a stock motor good just don't be beating on it all day a GSR stock would take more of the boost all you need to do is protect the cylinder walls.
