To Sue the Police Department is not an easy thing, but if you have witnesses and took photographic proof of the damages, then you have a shot.........and lawyers don't charge you a cent, they get 1/3 of the damages as payment.

I just called, disbatcher was being an asshole.. Asked why im callin 6 hrs after the fact of everything happening.. Said he had no rite touching my gf, asked me where i went to law school.. Told em i was put on hold for over an hr last time i called, didnt have shit to say then.. Hopefully the troop supervisor calls me back soon, can alrdy tell he wont if there alrdy dicken me around this bad.

they will too! been there done that. you gotta be persistent! and don't even bother with the phone!. you gotta go there in person. with your girl. ask for a supervisor and tell them you need to file a "harassment complaint". once you have that done bring a copy of that to a civil defense lawyer and have them take a look at it. that's the only way anything will happen with this. chances are you can make a huge stink about this. if the lawyer thinks you can win they don't charge you until the settlement as been made. good luck
