nope any engine that wasnt manifactured for tha usdm will not pass.but there are a couple of tricks to make it pass

As long as ur car doesn't have a check engine light on..its a obd2 test I'm a certified inspector.it will pass they don't so ne thing but chech for a cat and plus the obd connector in like I said if u don't have a cel on it'll pass..

No cels, a motor that's either fresh or been taken care of that doesn't have crazy blow-by, and a working cat or at least the shell to pass visual if you have confidence in the motor, that will get you through.
