It's not really easy to say, the car would need to be tuned first and dyno. With single cams, they can be easily making 400hp with all the works done to it. But in my guess I would say 250-350hp.. Just don't half ass the build, and I realized you focused more on the bottom block. The head also needs the same work as the bottom would need.. And you need good injectors, because I noticed that was not on your list.

Well your going to need:
turbo
3inch down pipe and piping
intercooler
blow off valve
piping & couplings
tbolt clamps
low compression pistons vitara is a good choice for the single cams
cometic head gasket
apr head studs
6puck clutch
ngk bkr7e spark plugs gapped at 0.30

the list goes on, Im missing some things but someone else will add on. But just don't half ass and buy knock off brands like eBay. Do it the right way and all your money won't be in waste.

I was pushing 360hp easily, and I had more boost to build.. And I was spanking ninjas left to right like the em1, the prelude, the dc2, miss jdms fg except my coupling poped off.. But the only problem I had was turbo lag in second gear.. That Fawked me up on some of my runs.

Yeah 5psi is nothing, If you are putting work on the motor then you can turn up the boost past 8psi. Unless your not going to build your motor right, then keep it below 8psi.. Btw, it doesn't matter about how much psi you have, it matters on your horsepower goals. Because psi doesn't tell you anything, horsepower does. You need to make a HP goal first before you start your turbo build. Or else your going to run into problems like blowing up your motor and fixing things here and there. And that way you will have a reliable build!
