Question about a noise on my car?

I have a 2000 si when I bounce the ar up nd down the front drivers side I makin a noise lik if some metal was rubbing or a noise lik tht any thoughts ppl?

Sway bar bushings
Ball joints
blown strut
bad axle
tie-rod end

check all those. Usually when you bounce and its a noise, the sway bar bushing or ball joint is missing, or no good.

Nope lol strut is fine jus put in a couple months ago

That's pretty much the ONLY things I can think of..sorry cant be of any more help lol
