when i was chalk boarding my hood i had it off and wantred to drive around without a hood so i called the local pd and they said that if caught it really depends on the cop she said they will usually pull you over and make sure things are secure and not a hazard but you CAN get a ticket depending on the cop

Fiirst off all there is a law on Missing body panels which include hood. For all ya dumb asses that think there is not please refer to the link before. States clearly if ur car is missing bumpers fenders hood u can be fined
