yea pretty much depense on the cop. You can get a ticket but most cops prolly wouldnt fck with ya. I'd just leave the hood on.

Theres no law stating you need a hood on your car in order to drive it i've seen plenty of people do it with no hassle there was a kid driving his rx7 in htfd the whole summer without a problem..
