three leaf clover on the left side of my neck. got it done at fantasy ink in meriden there pricy but they do good work it was 80 bucks.

nice guy that did mines dint want to do my daughters name on my neck he said it was illegal. idk is this true i seen mad peep with tats on their neck

i think thats why it was so much not because its illegal but because of the area some tattoo artist stay clear of that spot for some reason they believe that you have to earn that area with more tattoos.
