    ok so this weekend im about to go pick up a 1993 ford f250 powerstroke deisel, truck was hit so guy decided to part it out and im going to pickup the whole truck to swap everything into my f150 its gunna be sick but i need to know if anyone know a place i could get driveshafts shortnend? i cant wait for winter so i can start this project so much more gorund clearnace and i think the bigger axels and more power will just be sick for wheeling and rode abuse im gunna chip it and all that good shit put stacks and it will still be a 5 speed and i plan on making it fit 44's but dd on 40's

              good luck men,but its still a great idea since it involves more power/torque and gives u something to do so A+ on you doing something different unlike most car/truck owners

                yea are the mounts gunna work though?
                when we lifted an elcamino we had to extend plate to make the motor mount up. as fot the drive shaft id google it and see if theres another on thats the perfect size first. there are sooo many different types ones gotta work

                  i think its dumb. why dont you just take your money you would spend on that sell your truck sell a few cock meat sandwitches and buy a true "turbo diesel" this shits gonna cost you alot of money. from what i know when you lift a truck after a certain point everything has to be extended brake lines and all that bull shit, how much are stacks gonna run you? how much are the 44's AND 40's gonna cost you.. all the little nuts and bolts and that other bull shit your gonna need. but w.e go to like powerstrokepusys.com and read up..

                    im on here cuz this is a ct site all the other sites r gunna tell me places were ever those ppl are and i lookd no driveshaft will work it is alot of work but i like to be one of a kind with my shit have u ever seen my year truck witha desiel i dont think so ive never even seen one in my area lifted besides myn stacks will cost be about 300 its already lifted with extended brake lines and shit swo i dont need to do any of that i just need to get the right lift springs and im just gunna stick with the 38;s i have on it till i can afford sumthing bigger im basicaly taking the whole drivetrain form the other truck and puttin it in my frame because my truck is cheaper to insure because it is a f150 short bed u get taxed more for having a desiel because it effect the invornment its alot of work but i bet u guys will be jelouse when itrs done plus with the solid axels ill have more ground clearance and more flex
