  • Title problems...

    I got a title and the back is signed by someone else...how do i remove it?...need helpp a.s.a.p
    DUDE IS CHARGING ME 125 FOR A NEW TITLE.....

    just get a bill of sale and sign the name on the back of the title over to u not to the name on the front of the title

        u go to the first person on the front nd ask them to claim a lost title nd pray they dont' burn u on it

          ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^but what if that person isn't alive anymore???......cant you remove it with like oil or alcohol or something like that

              you take the title, then write a bill of sale from the person the title is filled out to, to you. sign your name n his/hers as the seller to you. Date it. And your good.

                no just make a letter of corections.
                I.E type out a letter stateing that the above name was filled out worng yadda yadda and then take that letter to a notery and then take it with you to dmv and fill out the title in the next box below it as you would normaly

                          yeah your fawked.. try pen eraser at staples.. Thats what i did, and it completely was noticeable on the title, so DMV declined it and i had to get a new title.. Sucks GL!
