ok i recently bought 10,000k HID's and i go to install them today all the wires are connected properly the wiring harness is how its supposed to b and they wont turn on my car does not require a relay to power the HID's what can b the problem and can u guys help

are the brand new? Try hooking them up to a power source off the car and see if they power up. Sounds like they may be wired backwards. Also look to make sure when they plug in that the prongs are making a connection. Because all the 9006 hid's for my EF would never plug in far enough.

had the same problem wit the tC for some reason, where the headlight harness plugs into the ballast had to be plugged in backwards, even tho i had the red wire on the side with the + marking... after i flipped that around no problems
