what are ur guys thoughts about the army im about to graduate highskool its me seinor year and i was thinking about going into the army but i cant make up my mind is it worth it ive got nothing else that i am good at i love being outdoors and having new adventures and i was thinking this is the best thing for me plus it will help me pay for schooling after i finish the minumum 2 years of service let me know your ideas about this

Do it, it will benefit you and you will serve your country.. In other words, you will miss college partys, getting drunk with friends, missing family, etc. But choose what you please!

i think its a great idea almost all of my friends are in the army and 4 of them are over seas as i type but you make good money and you get good bennifits from it my friends still do the regular stuff and you can still be an auto body tech join as a reservist and go from there

Go for the airforce you will deal with alot less stress get treated better. Have a better quality of life and you can still go to school and do what ever you want. just look at what i have done to my car and partys we have them all the time its like living at college in the dorms i live in. I do miss my family but i also get to travel and do many things they havent done. You can still go to school while your in and they will pay for it with TA so its up to you. Just make sure you do your research and and make sure if you go into it you really want to do it.

I wouldn't do army ! Navy or Airforce!!!!

I am friends with 3 Army men, and they say they wish they wouldn't have signed up.

2 of them can't even keep a relationship because there brains are a little messed up from seeing some crazy shit down there.

1 got blown up 3 times and is still walking today. Just has a minor lisp.

Google Joshua Chiarini. He is my good good friend, and served 3 tours in Iraq, and never lost a single member of his platoon. great kid. Blown up 3 times, and is still walking (thank god). He has told me numerous times to avoid the army, and im glad I listened to him. He said it's NOTHING like they make it on TV and in interviews !

But it's your life bro. Do what you please. I joined college and im following up with my career now as we speak, no need to join the army to follow my dreams.

bump go for it broo benefits are great if you want go college after they pay for it you get medical dental insurance for you nd ur wife kids if u have any during active reserve when you come back you have place to live after your done on active duty you have a good amount of money saved up , your insurance and college is covered you just buy a house and go back to school, i mean you work hard for a couple years but it worth it later on also dat g.i bill shit you get 80gz for college for yours kids.

i enlisted for the navy =] going out to chicago once i finish my senior year this year

but if you do best bet is navy or airforce. air forces gets way better treatment l0l and navy if you think about it iraq and shit is in the middle of the country navys just goes around it and docks from place to place get to travel for free =]
