so last night me and my cousin where comin home from downtown milfford i was gettin on rt15 to come back home to naugatuck as im gettin on this ********************* in a chevy truck takes me out he was doing like 79mph anyways i spin out but im ok 2 cops come they go over to him and not me after not talking to me at all the cop come over with a ticket cause he saidi failed to yield but there was no sign and i was already in my lane before i got side swiped so i want everyones input on what should i do he didnt ask me what happen or anything and my cousin is a witness so he gives me the ticket for 85$ and didnt say whos fault it was or anything so i wanna know if anyone has ever been in the situation and what i should do?

He should write out a report, if they didnt do that call the milford pd and Explain it to them, better off go there in person
