Im going to walk in and say the sargent got really cocky with us i have already complained, He treated me like garbage, and thank god my phone has voice record because u can listen to the whole conversation we had with the officer. Then ill tell them Anyways, There is not a single no trespassing sign in the wendys parking lot and the officer came into wendys and forced us out even though i was giving them business due to the chicken nuggets in my hand so thank you your honor have a nice day! And thatll be it.! Been there too many times!

i duno how the new haven court people are but ive gotten similair tickets here and the prosecutors dont even think twice to drop something as minor as that. hopefully it will be the same for you guys

i sent in the not guilty plea already.. my story is that i went to the wendys with a few friends, we decided to shoot a few photos of our cars, there were no trespassing signs in the area not to mention it wasnt afterhours

ther was this 1 time i went to court a while back and i see nick sitin in the front row lol he was one of the first people they called .. but anyways i went to macdonalds 1 day because i was hungy so i was in the drive threw then after i get my food the cops blocked started givin evry1 tickets including me so i went to court told the judge that and she dident beleave me so i was like man just tell me what i have to pay so i dont come hear any more then she told me that she shuld give me another fine for the shirt i had on that said three ways to lose a cop 1 hide behind a tree 2 run away or 3 throw hime a doughnut...lol
