Wats gd ctv I know I put a thread up about buildin up a LS/vtec well I changed my mind I heard they r shytty so I don't wanna risk dat,so I jus wanna know wat motor ya think i should get 4 my ef sedan????

^^ True story I have had one for over two years ( only drive it on the weekends though) wit 13 lbs on low boost...check the compression numbers every month and it is minty across the board

I don't really think they r shytty its jus that my boy had 1 and he blew the block 3 times in 1 year and he didn't beat on it like that,that's wats making me change my mind cause imma a kid that doesn't have money like dat so I don't wanna spend mad money building it then I blow my block I mean I would but nah lol

I really would like a k series but they r expensive I mean I can get 1 off THE street but I want my motor legit as possible

put a ls in it can go wrong with that those ae reliable motors and if you want some power put some spray on it

well u could go b16 h22 f20 b18 there all decent motors but ls vtec is a pretty good motor it really depends on what u wanna use it for ls vtec is mostly used for drag i never seen a ls vtec as a daily driver but hey i cant decide for u im just throwing out ideas

Yea dats a good idea I can do a SOHC vtec turbo,or LS turbo but how much 4 the kit I can get a single cam vtec but I dunno pm me a price

Exactly,u never seen a ls vtec in a daily driver,I was gonna try 2 b different but then I 4got my boy had a ls vtec it was clean a built but then again it was shytty he blew his block 3 times but anyway hows B20 vtec????????

i vote b20 , or a dohc zc/b18a for a direct swap. If i ever get my hands on a clean ef i'm going b20.
