driver side halos stopped working, can someone help me!

they stopped working a few days ago. I can't figure out why but i'm not too good with electrical stuff anyway. I don't want to start replacing sh*t until i know whats wrong. All i know is it looks dumb with only one side working and i got to get it fixed soon! can anyone help or know of a shop in the area that can help me out?

if it on the Lexus i don't know

but if it on a honda/acura its because the rice needs more oil lol

The ring might have just burnt out....might need new headlight...i dont think that there replaceable....ill ask my buddy he got a is300 also
