Cleaning out my basement dont use the bench press any more. its a body by jake bench pretty good shape I have a lot of free weights 2 dumbells bars and a curling bar to go with it.
$250 takes everything in the pic. this is a great deal weights pretty much go for a
$1 a lb at the stores I have more than 200 lbs in free wieghts plus the curl bar and dumbell bars. good for anybody trying to get into lifting or stay in shape at home.
