Brand new Palmetto state armory AR15

I have bought a few new guns and need the room in my safe so im selling one of the ar's i bought for the wife. the gun is brand new and never been fired. upper is a 16" Palmetto state armory midlength upper chrome lined with m4 feedramps.
bushmaster bolt carrier group and the lower is a aim surplus lower. ill include a 30 round troy battle mag and either a trigger lock or cable lock if buyer wants them. i also have ammo if buyer wants. the gun is chambered in 5.56 so either that or .223 will work fine. asking $1350obo. buyer will NEED to have a pistol permit or go to there local Police Dept and get a copy of a local background check. they are normally free but i'v seen pd's charge $5 for them.
DPS3-c form will be filled out and if u have a pistol permit an authorization number will be called in. please dont try and tell me the law or some excuse about your background as long as your not a felon or court ordered from possessing firearms u are good to go but i will need the paperwork to confirm.

i have like 7,000 rounds of .223 and like 1,200 rounds of 5.56 but the only ammo im selling right now is 2 cases of wolf WPA polyformance it's 1000 rounds steel cased boxer primed i'd do $700 for it or split it up at $330 per 500. i have a complete BCM upper for sale too minus BCg and charging handle along with another brand new i the box stag arms model 2 complete rifle. i have a preban with a complete spikes tactical upper im considering selling but kind of want to hold onto for now im just running out of room in my safe.

u dont need one for private sale of a long gun. bring me the form from your local PD saying ur not a felon and your good to go. and that is actually more then the law requires technically i dont need anything from a buyer but i like to be responsible when it comes to firearms transactions. the only way u would need a pistol permit would be if u were going to buy just an AR lower receiver from a gun store because u could build it into an AR pistol. other than that the pistol permit just let u take a long gun or pistol home the same day u go to a gun store.

I'm just dreaming while looking at this rifle, first a basic pistol, then someday a fun toy like this, one of my buddies is building an AR15 right now and I believe another has one converted to a 50-cal beowulf. Somewhere down the road I'll be able to join the fun, but good luck with your sale, this is a beautiful piece of work.

file an appeal with the board of firearms permit examiners in Hartford for your PD not approving or denying you in the 8 week deadline. they are required by law to give u an answer within 8 weeks. if they tell u there is a DPS backlog they are full of shit my gurl sent in her paperwork about a month after u and has had it for about 2 and half months now. there is no reason u should still be waiting.

Dps only has your paperwork for your background check for about a week. your PD is probably sitting on your paperwork just like everyone els because if u just wait they dont have to do anything. if u want the links to the appeal paperwork pm me and i can send u a link with all the info u need to do it. PD's have been screwing people all over the place making them wait 12-15 weeks thats bullshit i got my permit the year before last in 3 weeks done deal. u can also appeal if they dont issue you your permit or deny u within 1 week after DPS has completed your paperwork. call dps 860-685-8190 ask for records and just ask them to check when they received your info from your pd and when it got sent back. if they are done with your paperwork they will have the date. then u call your PD and tell them that u now know dps is done with your paperwork because they sent it back on whatever date and that if they dont approve or deny u your going to file an appeal if they dick u around just file the appeal. 90% of the time once u file the appeal the PD will just issue u your permit because they dont want to be bothered with extra paperwork. if not then u go to your appeal date and get your permit because they broke the statute by not approving u in the allowed time frame. dont be scared of the PD they dont have any power over your permit only the board of firearms permit examiners dose. my brother got straight up denied by his pd for bullshit he filed an appeal and 4 weeks later had his permit.
