You can be under 21 to get the certificate but you have to be 21 to apply for the permit

ya i did a 1 day 10 hr class which ended in 6 hrs lol

After you get the cert go to town hall and ask for the paperwork for the permit, get 2 sets of finger prints and I think it was 2 bank checks written out to the town, state. Hand everything back to town hall and they say the wait period is 6 weeks mine took about 9 weeks. Just double check what exactly you will need some towns require letters of recomendation on your behalf

Nd if you have a felony on your record you will not get the permit, just making that clear

they cannot take away out right to bare arms. If they do shit will go to hell. I can guarantee riots would start, blood would be shed. I know people who would rather die then give up their guns to the government
