You should just buy one from B+H.. unless someone can get you a name brand tripod... better to not risk the wind blowing over a 15$ tripod and your out a 500 dollar camera and lens.. just my .02!

my bad, i didn't see the thread. i think it can go as high as 62".

it's a targus tripod, and i had zero issues with it holding my D50 and 55-200 lens, multiple times.

i'll be in new haven tonight if you wanna meet up. like i said, im not trying to get rich lol, just buy me a pack of smokes and its yours if you want it. PM me if you have any questions or anything
