49cc so you DO NOT have to get it registered! About 70 miles per gallon. Governor is removed by a professional mechanic. Goes up hill at about 45mph easily. On a straight road scooter will go about 55 mph. About 2000 miles. Very Clean. Still has warranty at store. Scooter was bought brand new last spring and I still have all the paperwork.
