Ok, lets start with this. The whole pics in 24 hours or delete is out the window. Just so you guys understand the reasoning behind this, its not to be an asshole, buy it only takes 24 hours for some one to get scammed, or waist there time so this starts new rule #1.

ANY FORSALE THREADS THAT ARE MADE MUST HAVE A PICTURE OF ALL THE ITEMS FOR SALE IMMEDIATLEY OR YOUR THREAD WILL BE DELETED WITH OUT ANY NOTICE.

Now the one exeption that im going to make to this rule to be fair and reward the active users of the site is, ANY member that has over 1000 posts, you will still have the leeway of 24 hours to get your pictures up. If your picture still isn't up in the 24 hours, yes, it WILL be deleted. If we go in to remind you about the 24 hours, please don't be a jerk and throw off an attitude or we'll just delete your thread there on the spot.

MULTIPLE POSTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. So if you choose to list the same item for sale in another thread in addition to one you already have. Yes your new thread will stay, but your old one will now be deleted. If you want to complain about it? We'll just delete both! SO PLEASE ONE THREAD PER ITEM!

PRICE MUST BE ENTERED, IF IT'S "MAKE ME OFFER" PUT A PRICE THAT'S SOMEWHERE WHAT YOU WANT, WE ALL KNOW WHAT WE WANT FOR WHAT WE SELL, SO POST A PRICE ON THE INITIAL POST, OR I WILL DELETE THE THREAD IN A HEARTBEAT.

Too many people come here and sign up to just post something for sale, well guess what?

STARTING 10/17/2008 TODAY, RIGHT NOW, YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 POST AND BE A MEMBER FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE POSTING ON THE CLASSIFIED SECTIONS.

1ST TIME I WILL DELETE AND LET YOU KNOW.
2ND TIME I WILL ISSUE AN INFRACTION.

. Put FS (for sale) or WTB (wanting to buy) in the beginning of your thread title. This would help others identify what's for sale and what's not.
. If you want to advertise your company or car dealership, PM or email ADMIN about it first. I will lock or delete threads which contain direct advertising of companies or car dealerships because the site is not free to run. If you want to advertise, you should purchase a banner at the top of the site, etc.

. If you are going to put your phone number in your post, please remember to include your area code.

. If you have alot of items to sell, or your car has alot of mods, please list them out neatly and clearly. Do not make one huge paragraph with a run on sentence listing all your parts. It is alot easier for a potential buyer to read and comprehend the list of parts/mods when it is clearly and neatly displayed.

. DO NOT LINK A FOR SALE THREAD FROM ANOTHER SITE. If you want to sell something here, you need to put your own add on the classifieds, don't link it to B20, honda-tech, ETC.......one time will be forgiven, 2 times infraction, 3 times Ban...

. No "Testing Waters" threads. Its either for sale, or its not.

. DETAILS- IF YOUR GOING TO MAKE A THREAD, PUT THE NECESSARY DETAILS IN IT SUCH AS LOCATION, CONTACT INFO, PRICE, WHETHER YOU WILL SHIP THE ITEM, PICS, MILES ON THE ENGINE.....ETC ETC...ETC...ETC

P.S.~~A little clariffication about the 10 post/ 7 day rule==Why is it fair to everyone else here that someone who doesn't support and contribute to the site be able to make $$$ out of it when the person that has over 100 posts and has actually contributed to the site looses a sale on the same item that's he/she is selling?

Example

user1: member for 3 months, has 143 posts.
user2: member for 2 days, has 1 post.

Both user1 and user2 are selling a set of the same cams for the same price, how is it fair for user1 to compete with user2?

not for nothing im not trying to start any problems but whats the use of making rules if you and the admin dont even stick to your guns this losteggy dude got a thread trying to sell spacejam jordans with no pics at all and its been up for 2-3 days so you guys need to start taking action if you want a good site alot of people talk shit about this site and im tired of sticking up for it im also complaning cause i had a thread closed on me about 3 months ago and i had pics so i trully feel that this thread is being abused by you and admin with alot of close friends and fravoritism and if you guys wanna ban me for speaking my mind and the truth the go ahead cause the truth hurts and dont make rules if your not going to take full action when time comes or give up the responsibility to someone who will once again im not trying to start any problems because i like this site i joined it to see how things were and i liked it and im a satisfied member but things really need to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

first of all... take a good look around the site for me and please tell me how many threads you see with out pictures. And if you do find them PLEASE pm me the link for the thread and it will be closed asap. You have to understand that this is a big site with alot of members and thousands of threads. Were only human every now and then a thread may slip by us im not saying were perfect. but there is no favoritism, you can go look at my threads there is not one with out a picture. it's just a simple mistake. that thread will be closed now.

secondly i wasn't there to see what happened to your thread 3 months ago i can try and do some research but accidents can happen to.. your thread could get checked and the moderator can press the delete button not realizing yours is checked.

but like i said go look through the site for how many threads have no pictures and if you can see the deleted marks like us, i would say we do a pretty good job...

i really appreciate the quick respond and do understand what you have to go thru but you guys need some deputys lol to take care of situations such as the example i gave you but you dont have to worry about me having hard/harsh feelings twords you because i kno that you are trying to do your best but i wouldnt mind laying down the law for you guys if you need the help and im absolutely soory if i affened you!!!!!!!!!!

i understand rules are rules but actions need to be delt with to the extreme if you want things running smooth like i said i wasnt trynig to offened anyone whats the use of asking members what we think if were gunna get reponds like i got from you giving me an altemaedum to stay or leave i just wanna help the site out because this site does come in handy if finding things you need and getting rid of stuff you dont need any more im willing to dedicate time in helping out the site just give me the ok and the tools i need to help out to make things work out
