looking for a good engine builder

Picked up a complete B16 swap out of an em1 the other day and I'm thinking of building another turbo motor. Any recommendations for a good shop that has fair pricing? Looking to micropolish the crank, balance the rotating assembly, new rods and pistons, block guard, sect. Basically build the short block. I heard good things about mikes engine stand in naugatuck but I'm looking for something a little cheaper they quoted me $1500-$2200.

did u have the crank micropolished and balanced? im trying to find a nice mix of quality work and good pricing.
