CTR crank pulley

let me know wat u guys think of the CTR crank pulley for my stock ls. i heard that its 1.9 pounds compared to the stock crank pulley, which is about 10. and i also heard thats its bad for the oil pump because of the viberation. i know i wont have ps or ac any more, but thats fine. let me know if i should get it.

Wouldnt recomend it on a ls motor. unless u have the motor balanced

I heard Honda Motors Came balanced from the factory?? is this true b/c I know someone who was going to do the same....just trying to figure it out

they are internally balanced from the factory but can be balnced to even closer tolerances. but either way they are all internally balanced and ive been running a R crank pulley with no problems.

yeh the rods and pistons can be balanced to exact same specs for high rpm use. they just basicly make all the parts weigh exactly the same.. ie. rods pistons crank

ive heard the ctr pulley is balanced bu isnt dampened..but this is just what ive eard,i was also looking into getting one,so ayone have any suggestions?

well i would suggest change the oil pump then get the CTR pulley... but not sure. at least u dont have to worry about the oil too much.
