So my da has been sitting long enough so with that said with in the next couple months I'm gonna be buying everything for a full build from rods&pistons, to a complete valvetrain set up basically the only thing I'm not doing is resleeving it. Now the main question do I have to get a girdle via aftermarket or OEM or will I be OK. I'm aiming for anywhere between 3-350.

I know what I need to get to install it just wasn't sure if it was necessary to run it. Don't want to spend the money if I don't have too. Wit a .50 trim or a .57 trim what kind of psi am I looking to run to hit those numbers (f.y.I I know wit the diferent size turbos psi could make different power) if that makes sense lol

No girdle needed for what your doing. But you should consider some type of cylinder protection since even a little detonation at 350whp can crack a sleeve.
Check out www.cylindersupportsystem.com. Cheap protection??? Building it twice will always cost way more then doing a little extra up front.www.CylinderSupportSystem.com
Industries only proven alternative to sleeves!!!

Blockguards cause more problems than they help. Your better off burning the money to stay warm than using a block guard. The CSS process is not a blockguard.Last edited by trickeng; 08-24-2012, 06:07 PM.www.CylinderSupportSystem.com
