favorite setup

just trying to get the site moving. whats your favorite build ie. lsv h22 single turbo nitrous boost etc.

So far, my favorite setup is my Stock LS turbo. I had a Type R with an 18g before and that felt good but it didn't have as hard of a pull. I've been in many turbo cars, but my favorite setup is my Stock LS with a TD06-20g at 15lbs. It pulls hard as hell all the way to redline. Kinda feels like this H22 with a 60 trim on 20 lbs that we tuned one time. Torquey as hell.

I agree. Pound-for-pound a stock type r swap is a hard hitting setup. I have tuned so many R's and have always came away from them with a smile.

But nothing beats the all-motor rush of a b20 vtec built. Even stock b20 vtec turbo. nasty nasty combo's come to my head.:rolleyes:

I love the B20-VTEC's make just as much power as an R and spend way less except for not having an ITR tranny. Any motor can be hot, just depends on the tune and set-up.

my b18c5 with a gsr header gsr ecu untuned went 13.6 with a 1.90+ 60 foot...... thats why i love that set up

my buddys vitra sohc vtec built was nasty for a sohc and it was his daily b18cya on here bought it got a killer deal that car ripped nice and hard i miss my gold car i had so muhc fun last summer to that thing was a beast... that reminds me i have a 700$ tickit court date this mounth for that car lol

yea the car is awesome i'm actually taking it 2 e-town this weekend i put the EX tranny in it and its much better possibly throwing a bigger turbo on it b4 fri but not pos yet

im pretty sure brent rau's 2g eclipse is the fastest 4cyl out there at 6 seconds


corect me if im wront but for a 4cyl i belive it does have the record
