engine help

alright so i know this isnt the place to post this.....i dont know where.....but my 1990 DA integra isnt turning on, it was running, turned it off then went to turn it right back on and nothing, no cranking, no clicks, no huming nothing, lights work tried jumping it, swapping batteries but nothing any ideas?? dont exatcly have money to just throw at the car
